The Mayor of Al-Asabaa Municipality, Imad Al-Maqtouf, announced that a fire broke out in a house in the municipality on Wednesday.
Additionally, three other fires had occurred in the homes of several residents in recent days.
In a statement to the Fawasel platform, the mayor said that the compensation committee is still organizing the process, and there has been no notification regarding the date of compensation payments or whether they will be issued before Eid Al-Fitr.
He added that they are awaiting the expert committee’s report on the causes of these fires.
