Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah followed up Sunday on the efforts of the Ministry of Social Affairs and its field teams in the town of Al-Asabaa following the fires that damaged several homes.
This came during a briefing presented by Minister of Social Affairs Wafa Al-Kilani on the ministry’s relief interventions to support the people affected by the fires.
During the briefing, the Minister outlined the measures taken by the Ministry, including the dispatch of aid convoys, the assessment of affected families, the deployment of psychological support teams, and the provision of logistical support to meet the needs of residents.
Meanwhile, Dbeibah stressed the importance of intensifying efforts, accelerating response times, and ensuring continuous coordination between relevant authorities to guarantee the swift delivery of aid, and to provide necessary care to alleviate the impact of the incident on the people.
