President Mohammed Menfi of the Presidential Council (PC) received a handwritten letter from Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud on Sunday.
Youssef Ahmed, the Somali President's advisor and special envoy, conveyed the letter during his meeting with Menfi in Tripoli.
