Finance Minister Khaled Al-Mabrouk has discussed with the representative of the World Bank in Libya, Henrietta von Kaltenborn, the ministry’s program for reforming public finances and completing the tabulation the budget sections to implement the unified treasury account.
The two sides discussed the assessment of the damage resulting from the Storm Daniel, which struck a number of cities in eastern Libya last September, in addition to mechanisms for strengthen joint cooperation between the World Bank Group and various state institutions and sectors.
To improve the level of health care services for citizens, the two sides discussed an agreement for reimbursable advisory services, which the World Bank seeks to support the Ministry of Health.
