The Minister of Local Government, Badr Al-Din Al-Toumi, discussed on Wednesday, with the German Ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza, aspects of bilateral cooperation in the fields of local administration.
During the meeting, the two sides also discussed technical cooperation projects presented by the German government in this context, and building the capacities of municipal councils to play their role in providing the best services to citizens.
