The Ministry of Culture in the Government of National Unity announced the quantification of damage to heritage, cultural and historical sites in the city of Derna as a result of Storm Daniel, which struck the city on September 10, causing severe damage and losses.
Minister Mabrouka Toghi chaired a meeting of the committee responsible for preparing the inventory, after she visited the city, according to the ministry’s statement on its Facebook page on Wednesday.
