The Ministry of Interior of the Government of National Unity has discussed with Turkey enhancing cooperation in the field of security and training police forces, within the terms of the security memorandum of understanding concluded between the Ministries of Interior of the two countries.
This came during a meeting held in Tripoli that brought together the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Affairs, Mahmoud Saeed, and the security delegate and security attaché at the Turkish Embassy in Tripoli.
The meeting discussed the terms of the security memorandum of understanding with the aim of raising the efficiency of the ministry’s employees, in a way that enhances security performance and contributes to achieving the ministry’s goals.
