The Man-made River Authority (MMRA) said Friday that it is difficult to foresee when the water supplies will reach Tripoli and other concerned regions, due to the frequent violations against the national water system and the illegal connections linked along the water transporting pipelines.

"The operational process is running well, with the gradual increase in water flow rates according to the technical specifications of the pumping and filling operations," the MMRA confirmed on Facebook, pointing out that the water losses in the eastern route due to illegal connections, amounted to 250 thousand cubic meters per day.
