The Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, accompanied by the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Al-Siddiq Al-Kabeer, and the Head of the Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, have participated in the opening ceremony of a new, fully-equipped complex of six amphitheaters at the University of Tripoli, which accommodate more than 3,000 students.
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Omran Al-Qayeb, said that the “Return to life” initiative has become a tangible reality witnessed by all sectors, including higher education, according to the Hakometna platform.
