The Deputy Prime Minister/Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani has reiterated his country's support for the Libyan political track, the relevant Security Council resolutions, and efforts to reach a national consensus that would lead to presidential and parliamentary elections.
Minister Mohammed Al Thani met with his Libyan counterpart, Najla Al-Manqoush, on Thursday, on the sidelines of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
The two sides reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and the developments in Libya, according to a statement by the Qatari news agency.
