The Sabha Court of Appeal has postponed the session devoted to the appeal submitted by Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi against the electoral commission’s decision to exclude him from the presidential elections.

The postponement decision was taken due to the absence of judges, necessary to pass judgment on the case.

Sources from Sabha said that gunmen affiliated with Haftar’s militia threatened to cause harm to the court judges if they accepted the appeal of Saif Gaddafi’s lawyer, annulling the decision to exclude him from the presidential elections.
