The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohammed Takala, has held talks with the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Guven Begec, on bilateral cooperation between the two countries and ways to develop and enhance them in a way that serves common interests.
Begec stressed the depth of relations between Libya and Turkey, confirming his country support to achieve stability in Libya, extend security and peace on its lands, and reconcile the political parties to move on a democratic path that ends transitional stages.
