The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohamed Takala, has discussed with the French Ambassador to Libya, Mustafa Mihraje, the latest developments in the political situation and ways to overcome the difficulties in holding elections as soon as possible.
This came during a meeting held on Tuesday, at the HCS HQ in Tripoli to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to develop them, according to the HCS media office.
