The Director of Tobruk Medical Centre, Faraj Al-Jali, announced on Monday a state of emergency in the Centre as Dignity Operation announced the advance of its armed groups towards the city of Derna on the pretext of "liberating the city from terrorism."
Al-Jali called on all doctors, assistant doctors, technicians and nurses to adhere to their work, warning that “those who choose to stay at home without an excuse in such crucial time will be subject to legal accountability for betraying the homeland and for failing to perform the duty.”
Earlier, chief of staff of House of Representatives, Abdul Razik Nadouri announced two days ago the start of a military operation to "free" Derna."
