The head of the Committee for the Disposal of Expired Medicines in the Ministry, Wafaa Al-Ghariani, has revealed that the ministry’s stores are full of expired medicines, which exceeds 100,000 tons, including cancer medicines, distributed in various regions in the country.
Al-Ghariani stressed that they will be disposed of through coordination with the judicial authorities, the municipal guard and health facilities, in accordance with applicable health conditions.
