US military delegation headed by the military attaché to Libya visited a number of military units to enhance ways of support in various fields of training and discuss ways for the Libyan army to participate in the annual African maneuvers and exercises.
According to a statement by the Libyan Army Chief of Staff Facebook page, the American delegation met Commander of the 53rd Independent Infantry Brigade, Ahmed Hashem, at the brigade headquarters in the city of Misrata, and the head of the Coast Guard and Port Security Service, Reda Issa.
