The United States of America has renewed its support to encourage efforts to advance military unification in Libya, and reach a credible electoral roadmap, to secure long-term peace, stability, and prosperity in Libya.
This came during a meeting with the military attaché at the US Embassy with a number of military officials in the city of Benghazi.
The US Embassy said on its X platform page that the Office of the Military Attaché reaffirmed US commitment to engage with Libyan military officials in all regions of the country and to support enhanced cooperation among military institutions throughout Libya.
