The spokesman for the Man-Made River Tawfiq Al-Shwuihdi said 73 wells that produce 30.000 cubic meters of water have shut down due to repetitive assaults.
Al-Shuwihdi added that the complications of the Central bank of Libya are causing a delay in the letters of credit which in turn delay the importation of needed equipment for the Man-Made River.
He also indicated that the Man-Made River did not get a budget since 2011, adding that it is receiving aids from the National Oil Corporation and Breqa Oil Company.
