Attorney General Siddiq Al-Sour met with Jan Fredy, Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation in Libya, to discuss a proposal for training Public Prosecution members.
The training aims to enhance their ability to anticipate and respond to challenges from the perspective of international humanitarian law.
The meeting, which took place last Tuesday at the Attorney General’s office in Tripoli, also covered measures to enforce rules protecting the rights of the population.
The proposed training seeks to bolster the capacity of Public Prosecution members to address challenges in accordance with international humanitarian law standards.
