Attorney General, Seddik Al-Sour has revealed that a number of Ministry of Education employees and teachers had been referred to the investigation unit, stressing that the investigations will spare no one.
Al-Sour indicated that his office received a verbal notification from the exams administration about a breach in the high school exam halls, following the publishment of the exams questions and answers' papers on social media.
The Attorney General’s Office said that the technical measures taken following the Attorney General’s instructions enabled the department to identify those who contributed to publishing the questions, and then detained the perpetrator who was brought in by members of the police force working in the Office of Information and Security Follow-up at the Ministry of Interior.
