Bou Atni Police Station has arrested a drug user, who locked his wife and six children inside a bathroom under construction and beat them.
This was carried out in a rapid response to a report from citizens based on the directives of Benghazi Security Director, Major General Ahmed Al-Shamekh, to take all legal procedures and refer him to the Public Prosecution.
