The director of the basic education office at the Ministry of Education, Salem Al-Barghathi, confirmed that adult education schools will be a top priority for his office this year.
This came during his meeting today with the administrators of schools for primary education of adults affiliated with the Education Inspectorate of Greater Tripoli.
The meeting dealt with many files and topics related to adult education, most notably means to overcome challenges and difficulties facing adult education schools.
Al-Barghathi stressed the need to focus more on this sector as the operation of such schools marks an important stage in the development of national education.
