The Central Bank of Egypt revealed in its data, which was issued on Sunday, the external situation of the Egyptian economy.
Egypt obtained a deposit of an additional $1 billion from Qatar, and another $700 million from Libya by the end of last year 2022.
According to this data, the total short-term Libyan deposits with the Central Bank of Egypt amounted to 900 million dollars, after it was 200 million at the end of September 2022.
