The EU Ambassador to Libya, Nicolas Orlando and Libya's Minister of Economy and Trade, Mohamed Al-Huwaij, chaired the steering committee meeting of the EU-funded E-NABLE program, implemented by Expertise France.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the need to intensify joint efforts to develop institutional capacities aimed at encouraging private and public investment and to implement necessary reforms to enhance resilience and inclusion.
The EU representative expressed the bloc's readiness to continue this journey with Libya to address challenges and take advantage of opportunities amid the digital and green transition.
