The German Ambassador to Libya, Michael Ohnmacht, has expressed his feelings of hope and pain after attending an art exhibition entitled “Derna aftermath: between pain and hope.”
“I felt hope and pain in the art exhibition Derna aftermath: between pain and hope, where art expresses human emotion and strength in the face of difficulties”, Ohnmacht said on his X platform page.
“The work of the artist Jamila Rizkallah touched our hearts, and reflected the experience of the people of Derna and their sacrifices after the great losses they suffered. We are happy to support such works”, he added.
