Members of the Libyan House of Representatives have extended their congratulations to the Libyan people and the entire Islamic Ummah on the occasion of the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
The HoR said in a statement that this blessed month provides the Islamic Ummah with an opportunity for contemplation and piety, asking the Almighty to return it to Muslim countries with peace and stability.
The statement called for unifying ranks and working together to build a better future for Libya and the entire Islamic Ummah.
It also expressed its hope that this blessed month would be the beginning of a new chapter of peace and progress throughout the country.
