The Libyan Red Crescent announced on Monday, the recovery of human remains near the Al-Sahaba Mosque in Derna city.
The Red Crescent said in a post on its Facebook page, that it had received a report from one of the companies working for the Libya Reconstruction Fund in Derna, regarding the presence of human remains near the Al-Sahaba Mosque.
The specialized team recovered a large group of remains dating back to an ancient period, which were transferred to the General Authority for Search and Identification of Missing Persons, to take the necessary measures.
