The Moroccan Consul General in Benghazi, Saeed Benkirane, has announced the imminent resumption of flights with Libya, indicating that visa impositions would be lifted, “as soon as the circumstances that necessitated them are resolved”, according to the parallel government Facebook page.
On Sunday, the Minister of African Affairs in the parallel government, Issa Abdelmajid, received the Moroccan Consul, Saeed Benkirane, in his office in the city of Benghazi.
The meeting discussed the file of granting visas for Libyan citizens, the relations between the two countries and the necessity of inter-coordination to serve the interests of the two peoples, in addition to many issues of common concern.
