The Libyan Red Crescent has signed a partnership agreement with the German Red Cross, aimed at strengthening humanitarian work in Libya and supporting local communities.
The Red Crescent stressed that this partnership is an important step that reflects its commitment to cooperate with the International Societies to achieve common goals, open new horizons for development and enhance its ability to respond to humanitarian needs.
