The Chairman of the High National Elections Commission Emad Al-Sayeh said Saturday that they had not yet received the constitution referendum law from the House of Representatives.
He told reporters that the referendum will thus be delayed, knowing that they need at least 90 days to carry out the referendum.
Meanwhile, the spokesman for the HoR Abdullah Blihiq said on September 13 that they had passed the referendum law and that they would send it to the electoral commission.
