The Libyan Media Corporation announced on Tuesday that it will launch the first Libyan Amazigh-speaking television channel during this year to consolidate the national identity and promote acquaintance and harmony between Libyans.
“The Amazigh-speaking channel comes as an affirmation of freedom of expression, which is one of the principles of the February Revolution”, the Corporation added.
Libyan Amazigh people celebrated Wednesday, January 13, the Amazigh New Year 2971.
