The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the schedule for Libya's national football team in the opening rounds of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025 qualifiers.

Libya will face Rwanda on September 4th at Tripoli International Stadium, with the match set to kick off at 6 PM local time. The game will be officiated by Mauritian referee Ahmad Imtiaz.

Following this, Libya will travel to Abidjan for their second-round match against Benin on September 10th. Mauritanian referee Abdul Aziz Bouh will oversee the match.

These fixtures mark the beginning of Libya's campaign to secure a spot in the AFCON, hosted by Morocco in 2025.
