The head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, has discussed with the Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, ways to address the political stalemate and control public spending through financial arrangements prepared by the Joint Finance Committee.
According to the Media Office of the Presidential Council, both sides discussed common ideas that guarantee the right of the Libyan people to direct self-determination.
