The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Menfi, met on Saturday with the Libyan Political Parties Network at the PC’s headquarters in Tripoli to discuss how to end the political impasse.
The attendees discussed the political, economic, and social developments, as well as security situations in Libya, according to a statement by the Presidential Council.
The meeting also addressed "the practical steps taken by the Presidential Council in various tracks to resolve the Libyan issue, in addition to the work of the UN mission, the role of parties in the political process, and driving efforts towards achieving stability in the country through fair and transparent elections in which all Libyans participate."
