The Chairman of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives (HoR), Omar Tantosh, said that the HoR will issue a decision concerning the teacher's demands in accordance with the Ministry of Education's vision.
This came following his meeting with the Minister of Education, Osman Abdul-Jalil, during which they discussed ways to meet the demands of teachers and achieve social justice among state employees, in accordance with the financial possibilities available.
For his part, the Minister of Education stressed the need to cooperate with the HoR to implement the demands of teachers with the support of the legislative authority, as he put it.
