The Ministry of Local Government has discussed the draft of the National Solid Waste Management Strategy prepared by the German Foundation for International Cooperation (Giz).
This came during a meeting that included the technical team of the General Administration for Environmental Sanitation Affairs and the technical team for Solid Waste Management.
It was agreed to discuss the most important observations and technical points with the GIZ team, so that they are approved by the Ministry to move forward with what must be agreed upon in terms of defining the most important activities in the third phase according to a comprehensive vision of the Ministry of Local Government.
