The water wells out of service in Hasawneh System amount to 65 wells, the Man-Made River Administration (MMRA) confirmed.
On its Facebook page, Saturday, the MMRA said that it had discovered the vandalism of four wells during maintenance work conducted by its team in the northern field of the Hasawneh System.
The administration warned of an interruption of water supplies to residents of cities and areas near the Al-Hasawneh System due to repeated attacks on the system's wells, calling on the security authorities in the areas of Hasawneh and Al-Shati to move with all seriousness to hold the aggressors accountable.
