Tripoli Naval Base hosted a commencement ceremony for 22 navy personnel tasked with securing the base after they had finished their two-week training course under the supervision of Italian experts.

Navy spokesman Ayoub Qassim said the training was on raids, control of places, and search of people and inside vessels, adding that another group will follow.
