The Public Prosecutor, Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, has discussed with the Military Prosecutor, Masoud Arhouma, enhancing cooperation between the two sides.
Both sides reviewed the results of investigations into joint cases, especially those related to the prosecution of the perpetrators of violations that affected citizens in the city of Tarhuna during the past years, according to the Public Prosecutor's media office.
They also discussed the aspects of the jurisdiction conflict between the two prosecutors and resorting to the interpretation of its rules to ensure that the military prosecution is separated from exceptionalism.
