The Office of the Attorney General has ordered the Director of Security of Misrata to arrest individuals blocking the western entrance to the city within 24 hours.
The Office's directive also calls for recording the detainees' statements and referring them to the competent public prosecution in collaboration with several security agencies.
Protesters initiated the blockade at the Dafniya Gate, the western entrance to Misrata, due to unpaid financial dues.
