Winds and heavy rain is expected to hit the coastal and mountainous regions, western Libya, starting from Saturday.
The head of the Information Office of the National Meteorological Center, Mohammed Sibai, said that heavy rains are expected to fall on a number of cities in the western region. Temperatures in the mountain areas could fall to 11 degrees and 19 degrees at coastal cities.
Sibai added that the heavy rains will cause a strong gale force winds in the valleys and urged livestock herders and residents in the area to take caution.
