The Libya Education and Training Expo 2024 will be held from February 3 to 6, 2024, at the Sports City in Tripoli, Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation Ali Al-Abed announced on Tuesday.
In a press conference at the Quality and Professional Standards Assurance Centre, Al-Aabid said the event is part of the ministry's efforts to equip Libyan youth with skills and integrate them into the job market.
He emphasized the importance of the expo and its accompanying exhibition in the field of training and rehabilitation for job seekers. Many ministries, government institutions, and local and international training companies will participate in the event.
The expo will showcase the training and rehabilitation programs offered by the Ministry of Labour, as well as the institutional accreditation provided by the ministry to private training entities. Moreover, it will also feature numerous seminars and dialogues addressing job seekers' needs and concerns.
