The National Meteorological Center (NCM) expected moderate weather to prevail in the eastern regions of the country, while the western regions are affected by a desert low pressure system accompanied by a hot air mass, which will lead to a rise in temperature today in areas from Ras Jadir to Tripoli (the interior of the Nafusa Mountains). This will extend to the rest of the region starting tomorrow, with increasing cloud cover.
The NCM forecasts in its daily bulletin that easterly and southeasterly wind will be active in the northwestern regions, especially tomorrow, which may cause dust storms. The hot air mass will gradually affect the eastern regions starting Tuesday. Temperature will return to moderate levels in the northwestern regions starting Wednesday evening, as the wind shifts to northwesterly.
