The Libyan Football Federation (LFF) has signed a memorandum of understanding with its Norwegian counterpart on cooperation in the field of training.
The LFF President, Abdel Hakim Al-Shalmani, and the Honorary President of the Norwegian Football Federation, Per Raven Omdal, inked the MoU in a ceremony at the Libyan Embassy in Algeria.
The Second Deputy of the Libyan LFF, Naji Al-Kikli, Chargé d'Affairs of Libya in Algeria, Nasser Mazeq, and a group of officials in the Libyan embassy also joined the signing ceremony.
Al-Shalmani expressed his gratitude at the NFF initiative to train female football coaches and provide technical support as the Norwegian Federation has long-standing experience in this area, as he put it.
For his part, the NFF President confirmed his approval of the agreement that targets female coachers, noting that the Norwegian Federation has carried out similar tasks in Egypt and Tunisia.
