France has reaffirmed its support for Libya’s Audit Bureau in strengthening financial transparency and governance.
French Ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje, met with Audit Bureau head Khaled Shakshak to discuss the bureau’s role in improving public financial management and tackling corruption through its annual reports.
According to a statement on the bureau’s official page, the talks also explored cooperation between the Audit Bureau and France’s Court of Accounts to exchange expertise and develop advanced auditing techniques.
