The Ministry of Interior held a meeting on Monday to discuss the mechanisms of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Libya and its legal status.

A review of the ICRC's work agreement in Libya was on the table that gathered the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Mahmoud Saeed, and the ICRC's Regional Director for Africa, Youssef Patrick.

The session was joined by the head of the Red Cross mission in Libya, John Nicolas Marti, and his advisor John Strick Linskote.
