Amid Russian invasion fears, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on Libyan nationals residing in Ukraine to stay alert and leave the country if they sense any danger to their lives.
The note posted by the Foreign Ministry recommended that all Libyan citizens who are on Ukrainian territory to leave the country via "available commercial flights" if they fear any danger to their safety as a result of the situation in the region.
It also called on those planning to travel to Ukraine to postpone their trip for the time being.
In case of an emergency, the Libyan citizens were directed to contact the Libyan embassy in Kiev on the phone numbers published by the Foreign Ministry.
