Officials from the Interior Ministry have held talks with a delegation from the International Business Machines Corporation IBM - a leading American company in the field of information technology- on developing the electronic system of the Passports Nationality and Foreigners Affairs Department, in addition to issuing electronic visas and residence permit for foreigners.
The meeting, held yesterday in Tunisia, also discussed improving technical work at the Ministry of Interior with respect to the issuance of passports, as well as other areas at the technical level.
