The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Menfi, called on Libya’s ambassadors and representatives to foreign organizations not to comply with orders from any party within the country except after obtaining prior permission from the Presidency Council.
In a letter addressed to the Libyan ambassadors and representatives, Menfi called on them not to leave their workplaces only after prior permission from him.
Menfi also called on those concerned to be legally responsible for any breaches of his call.
