Minister of Interior Abdul Salam Ashour said that the security recruits that graduated after the revolution were not disciplined enough as had been hoped, saying that they are recently working to rectify the situation and consolidate security and stability in the country.

"Numerous challenges obstruct our work, the most of which is the political division and the lack of resources, while we do not lack human resources," Ashour stated during the graduation of the thirteenth batch of the Tajoura Police Training Institute, pointing out that the rate of crime in Libya is not high compared to the number of arms deployed throughout the country.

The Ministry of the Interior has held a ceremony in Tajoura training Centre to graduate new police recruits of 350 trainees.
